I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of health care experience, supporting clients across the lifespan. I provide evidence based care for autism, anxiety, depression, personality disorders and mood disorders, and I integrate brief psychotherapy with medication management.

My approach is nonjudgmental, collaborative and grounded in compassion. I focus on creating a safe, respectful environment where clients feel welcomed, heard and supported. I pay close attention to detail, honor each person’s strengths, and work to build trust throughout the treatment process.

Yes. We care for clients across the lifespan, from children and adolescents through adults and older adults. For under 18s a parent or guardian attends the first appointment with you.

Yes. In person appointments run Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and virtual appointments are available the rest of the day. Telehealth is offered to clients located in Texas.

Yes. As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Linda provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management, combined with brief psychotherapy where that is helpful. Prescribing decisions are always discussed with you first.

The first appointment is a psychiatric evaluation. We talk through your history, current symptoms, any previous treatment and what you want to be different. You leave with a plan, and nothing is started without your agreement.

Insurance is a complex area and plans change often, so please contact the office and we will check your specific coverage. Self pay is also available, starting at $150 per session, and a sliding scale may apply if you are eligible.

No. Serenity Family Psychiatry is an outpatient practice and does not provide crisis or emergency cover. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For urgent mental health support, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day.
